About Kim Gray

In many circles, Kim Gray has become a household name, and it's not surprising. With an impressive background as a Naturopathic Doctor combined with a unique personable charm, she has become a widely revered teacher who continues to prove her skill and accessibility not only with her expanding presence in the Alternative world, but also with the great success of her writings. With much anticipation, Dr. Gray debutes her first book, "Side Effects Include: Listen Quick."  This edition features, in a way only Dr. Gray can explain it, a hilariously funny look at the world of Pharmaceuticals and the multitude of side effects "they" obviously don't want you to think about. "Side Effects Include: Listen Quick," is sure to quickly become a New York Times best-seller.

Kim Gray is a Naturopathic Doctor (believes in only natural remedies for those of you who don’t know about us yet), who currently resides near Chapel Hill North Carolina, right out the back door of many large pharmaceutical giants.

She grew up in Tidewater Virginia (That’s Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth and the beautiful Chesapeake Bay area). She has one daughter and no husband due to her dedication to “plain talk”. For those who know her, there is no mystery why she is single…. It’s a joke… get it?

Currently Kim spends her days enjoying the beautiful nature trails that EVERY CITY SHOULD HAVE, researching drug side effects, talking with clients, and serving very demanding kitties, whom pretend to love and adore her.

Kim has dedicated her life to medicine, more accurately, what works, what doesn’t and why. She studied traditional medicine in the late 70’s and early 80’s and actually worked in a hospital that was known as Portsmouth General Hospital. She worked under the skilled direction of the late Dr. John Setter, whom is still tenderly missed. The hospital has since been torn down and Kim has spent very little time wondering why. She became disillusioned with traditional medicine (like many of you), and started studying alternatives for many years. She completed the Naturopathic Doctoral program in 2002 with Trinity College of Natural Health, which is accredited by the American Naturopathic Medical Certification and Accreditation Board. As if that weren’t enough, Kim Gray also became a Natural Therapy Counselor after completing training with the Institute of Natural Therapy in 2003.

She believes that we can return to the healthy, happy, viable, drug free people that we once were. She believes that we are designed by our biology to live long productive amazing lives. We were not destined to be lifetime customers of a pharmaceutical industry. She is dedicated to your greatest health and vitality.
